Products & pricing
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN). We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice. Product images are for guidance; hand-finished pieces may vary slightly in tone and detail.
Bespoke & custom work
Bespoke pieces are made to your measurements and designs. Because they are made for you, final sale bespoke orders cannot be returned unless faulty. Please confirm all details before production begins.
Orders & payment
Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp before production or dispatch. Payment must be completed before dispatch (bank transfer, or cash on delivery within Benin City). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Shipping & delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary with courier performance. See our shipping page for full details. We are not liable for courier delays outside our control.
Returns & exchanges
Returns and exchanges follow our returns policy. Items must be unworn with tags attached within 7 days of delivery.
Intellectual property
All designs, images, text and branding on this site are the property of Ms. El. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
Ms. El is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this website or its products.
